feat: 扩展类型定义支撑量化、版本与监控

FineTuneTask 新增量化参数字段(QLoRA 位数、量化方法、位数、分组、GGUF 格式),新增 DatasetVersion 与 DatasetVersionList 支撑数据集版本管理,新增 GpuProcess 完善硬件监控。
