system setup and login pages with API integration. Add structured
logging, access-log middleware and startup lifecycle to FastAPI

修复 server/start.sh
- 问题：Windows Git Bash 上无法运行，报错 "No module named pip"
- 原因：.venv 指向不存在的 /usr/bin/python3
- 解决：添加 venv_valid() 函数检测并重建虚拟环境
